The Garden House of Maywood (Illinois) is a 145-unit Section 8 property that houses a senior population. The comprehensive rehabilitation of the property was undertaken while the building remained fully occupied. The project introduced contemporary code compliance, accessibility improvements, life safety features, and improvement throughout the building’s architectural components and MEP systems. 

The completed project included the renovation of the main lobby, common areas, elevators, MEP systems, and selected improvements to all of the apartments plus the addition of 15 new ADA compliant units. Work on the exterior included new windows, facade cladding, roofs, and site work and landscape improvements.
