Located on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, the 198-room Park Hyatt is the brand’s flagship hotel.

Arda led a multidisciplinary design and engineering team to complete the renovation of the hotel’s guestrooms and suites. The sweeping renovation modernized the guestrooms for an upgraded guest experience, and reconfigured the room mix to better accommodate current market demand.

The design team worked closely with the Hyatt team to ensure that options for finishes, furniture, and fixtures would meet the brand’s exacting standards. Guests today experience stays that offer better energy efficiency and acoustic performance, modern amenities and personal technology options, higher quality millwork and furnishings, and overall improvements to accessibility and wayfinding.
