University of Chicago at Urbana-Champaign Davenport Hall and Davenport West

One of the earliest buildings on the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and originally constructed in 1900 to serve as the headquarters for the College of Agriculture.  The building is located on the west side of the Campus Quadrangle and is eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. The building now holds administrative offices, classrooms, and laboratories.

The multi-phased rehabilitation of Davenport Hall includes the replacement of the original slate roof with new slate, introduction of enhanced mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, historically sensitive replacement of windows, improved accessibility features, and energy efficiency upgrades, all while maintaining the buildings historic integrity.
